On 1/23/2012, I was really pleased to receive a phone call from CHASE negotiator, she informed me that I was getting a short sale approval letter for my clients. They live in Barstow their home is worth $24,000 and we met in June, 2011.
They were shocked that we drove from Victorville to Barstow to help them. They were taken advantage from so many people, from lawyers to other real estate agents. So, today when I called them they were happy especially after I informed them that Chase will paying them relocation money and $10,000 for Chase outreach program
